Soon you will be celebrating your accomplishments with your friends and family, but before that can happen we need to design your custom grad products so your party guests will have all the details for your big day. You're unique and your graduation announcements should be too! The Gradalogue includes many different card designs for your to choose from. Order Timeline 

Below is a timeline of what to expect after you submit your order. Please note, a prompt response to your card proofs is necessary to maintain this order timeline.

Proofs - Please allow 10 business days after submitting your order to receive your design proofs.

Revise - Reply to your proof email with any revisions you would like make to your card designs.

Pickup - Please allow up to two weeks after your design approval for your grad order to be printed, inspected and ready for pickup.

Yard Signs and Banners

Yard signs are a great way to announce your senior, and they are back and refreshed with new designs for this year. Show the neighborhood how proud you are of your senior with this custom full color yard signs. We can also create banners for your door or porch. Details are in the Gradalogue.

Grad Card Etiquette

Invitations

Invitations should be sent four to five weeks prior to your graduation celebration. Grad product pickup typically is two to three weeks from the time you place your order. Please keep this timeline in mind when ordering.

Make your guest list and add a few extra. It's better to plat is safe when considering card quantities. You'll appreciate having a few extra for those "oops, we missed them" moments. 

Announcements

Not having a celebration? Have family and friends who live outside a reasonable travel area to come to your party? Announcements are the perfect solution! Consider ordering announcements in addition to your invitations so you can include everyone!

Unlike grad invites, announcements are typically mailed one or two months after your senior has graduated. Still keep in mind the turn-around time for grad products when placing your order. 

Thank Yous

If you are sending invitations or announcements, your are bound to receive gifts! Because of that, thank you cards are a must-have item in your grad collection.

Thank you should be sent within one month of your celebration or from the date you received the gift. Do not send out a thank you not with a typed generic greeting. Show your appreciation for your gifts with a handwritten note.
